Media Document: field_mime_type has no value

Problem/Motivation

We used:

elements['#media'].field_mime_type.value

For years to get the media files mime type (and show according icons), now this field has no value.

Probably a core bug? I could not find any issues to this.

I have already re-saved the media entries, no difference.
