Paragraphs EE does not work on Sub theme of Claro

This is a follow-on from 🐛 Paragraphs are shown under the Add Paragraph button. Closed: works as designed

Problem/Motivation

When you create a subtheme (of Claro), the "in between" feature does not work any more.

Steps to reproduce

Create a sub-theme of claro - just a .info.yml file is enough, set this as your admin theme, the 'add in between' links are no longer visible. Set Claro as your admin theme, they are working again.

Proposed resolution

Get this to work with sub themes of Claro.

This is a problem of Paragraphs Features: https://www.drupal.org/project/paragraphs_features/issues/3353704 🐛 Add-in only works if active theme is claro or gin RTBC ;)
After installing the patch from this issues, "Add in between" works with other themes also.
