Footer menu left side arrow is missing.

I've come across this issue during my testing with Drupal 9.5.x.
The patch didn't apply successfully in my situation.
Resulting in the following error messages:

Error: Binary patch data is missing for 'img/left-arrow.png'.
Error: The binary patch does not match 'img/left-arrow.png'.
Error: The patch does not apply to 'img/left-arrow.png'.
