Problem/Motivation

While saving the Admin form (/admin/config/system/jstimer), the below error occurred:
Error: Call to undefined function Drupal\jstimer\Form\drupal_clear_js_cache() in Drupal\jstimer\Form\JstimerAdminSettings->_submitForm() (line 70 of /var/www/html/docroot/modules/contrib/jstimer/src/Form/JstimerAdminSettings.php)

Hi, this function was deprecated in Drupal 10 so replaced with similar function with same functionality. Please review and verify.
