Add support for entities with bundles but without bundle_entity_type, like MenuLinkContent

Problem/Motivation

The MenuLinkContent entity type is implemented in a pretty strange way, cuz it declares the "bundle" entity key, but no "bundle_entity_type" value in annotation. We have an issue about this 📌 Custom menu link entity type should not declare "bundle" entity key Needs work but seems it will not be fixed.

So seems we should invent a workaround for such cases.
