I'd like to offer to comaintain the Cincopa module. A small site I maintain would like to use it but it needs a little fixing to make work on Drupal 10 with CKEditor 5. I've done some local testing with D9 and have gotten it to work there, so I'd intend to continue the work to make it compatible with D10, and then look to adding support for CKEditor 5.
