CKEditor 5 inside Core Dialogs: CK Modals not visible at all, Flyouts cropped

Z-index is fixed in 🐛 Fix CKEditor 5 overflow & z-index problems inside Core Dialogs Active , the direction of the flyout is not up to us I think.

Maybe its already fixed in newer CKEditor releases, it seems to work well in this demo:

@thomas.frobieter if this still exists, we should move this over to https://www.drupal.org/project/drowl_paragraphs_bs → ? Or copy the issue?

It is still an issue, but as I said, it is not our issue. I think we can close this. CK or Core will have to fix this.
The content area of the UI dialogs is scrollable, so it's not that problematic.
