Update README.md

Updated the readme file, ready for review.

Reviewed the changes in the MR15 it doesnt follow the drupal README.md format. →
changing status back to NW.

I reviewed and applied your MR, but I think you shouldn't remove the "Instapage user account that you can get on their website www.instapage.com" since you can't configure the module without an instapage account and also in the README.md template requirement section it says "The idea is to inform the users about what is required, so that everything they need can be procured and included in advance of attempting to install the module."
