Problem/Motivation

On the webform submission event nothing gets to the datalayer, instead there is a console message `Uncaught TypeError: $(...).once is not a function`

Proposed resolution

See the patch that uses a recommended approach https://www.drupal.org/node/3158256 → and fixes the console error.
