I know support for Field Groups was added quite some time ago and for me this is mostly working. But I am getting the same result as some people are reporting at the end of the post on adding FG support: #1161314: Add basic Field Group support for ANDing conditions → - that the tabs fields are hidden but the tab itself is still visible.
Was this skipped in original solution or possibly has gotten busted along the way the past couple years?

I'm also seeing empty tabs showing with conditions for them and (all checkboxes for propagate checked). I even tried wrapping them in just a div to see if that would work.
