Compability issue with BEF 6.0.3

Problem/Motivation

In the Exposed Form options for a view, it's impossible to select Better Exposed Filters (with layout) as it throws the following PHP error:
ArgumentCountError: Too few arguments to function Drupal\better_exposed_filters\Plugin\views\exposed_form\BetterExposedFilters::__construct(), 7 passed in /home/wwwdata/webapps/keskkonnaharidus-test/web/modules/contrib/vefl/modules/vefl_bef/src/Plugin/views/exposed_form/VeflBef.php on line 89 and exactly 8 expected in Drupal\better_exposed_filters\Plugin\views\exposed_form\BetterExposedFilters->__construct() (line 84 of modules/contrib/better_exposed_filters/src/Plugin/views/exposed_form/BetterExposedFilters.php).

After applying the patch I get this error:

TypeError: Illegal offset type in isset or empty in Drupal\vefl\Vefl->getLayoutOptions() (Zeile 63 in /web/modules/contrib/vefl/src/Vefl.php)

Using Drupal 9.5.11 and version 8.x-3.0 of this module.

I don't know how to fix this. Does someone have an idea?

Hey @ThuleNB, try this one 🐛 TypeError: Illegal offset type in isset or empty Needs review , I think it will fix your error.

It seems this issue is also related to the new 6.05 version of bef. When I update BEF to latest version the views pages are damaged, when I go back to BEF 6.03 vefl works again, the views pages are displayed.
