Taking over the CRM namespace

I sent a message to the current project owner.

Hello Allie Micka,

I want to become the project owner of CRM. I want to move my project from
Git Hub to Drupal. I created a request in the issue queue.

The last commit by a human was 16 years ago. The project is clearly abandoned. Only the owner ( Allie Micka → ) can administer maintainers. She was contacted on September 3, 2023, and has not responded to this issue.

However:

Site moderators will normally try to contact the owner as an extra safeguard unless it is evident the owner is no longer active in the Drupal community, giving to the contacted users two weeks for replying to the message they sent via the Contact tab.

I've contacted both the owner and the co-maintainer and sked them to comment here. You can set tthis back to 'Active' if there is no reply by October 1, 2023.

I understand that Drupal is a volunteer project. I am still interested in taking over the CRM namespace.
