Where to view the deletion queue?

I initiated the node deletion process, and it stated "1521 queue items created.". Where can I go to view that queue and check on its progress? Do I need to do anything to start the processing of that queue?

Also, my Cron is now timing out, since installing this module and initiating the queue. Is that a coincidence?
