Delete any existing menu link while importing new menu links

Problem/Motivation

Something I noticed while doing multiple imports is that the menu links are getting duplicated. So, just like the other entities, it would be a good idea to delete the existing menu link for a specific section.

Steps to reproduce

Run import multiple times and see if the menu links are getting overridden or duplicated.

Proposed resolution

Let's delete the existing menu links for the specific section and then perform the import.
