Add the YouTube Cookies wrapper only when is needed

Problem/Motivation

The integration with the iframe module always adds the CSS class "youtube-cookies__iframe-container" and should not be added. Should only be added if there is a YouTube iframe.

Should also be supported if the field is multiple and add the wrapper at the field item level.
