I'm not able to reproduce the issue. Search button space seems to be fine. Seems to be design has been updated. found alignment issue search box and button and size. attached screenshot.
Steps followed
1. Drupal set up 9 and installed and enabled Ajan's Theme.
2. Verified the issues mentioned. Not able to reproduce the issue. - Status changed to RTBC

Yes @alok_singh i found the issue by placing the search form #3 solving the issue moving this to RTBC +
