The change in MR is a straightforward fix. can be merged.
** When you specify a core_version_requirement constraint, as in your case (^9 || ^10), Drupal knows that your module is compatible with Drupal versions 9 and 10. Therefore, explicitly specifying a core version in the .info.yml file is redundant and can potentially cause conflicts or errors.
