src/kits/default/.gitignore does not ignore config/proxy.js

Problem/Motivation

Following the instructions for Quick start for Drupal 8, 9 & 10, I would expect config/proxy.js in my subtheme to be automatically ignored based on the following line:

Update proxy variable to your localhost address in config/proxy.js(this file is .gitignored by default to avoid overrides)

It is not.

Proposed resolution

Add config/proxy.js to the src/kits/default/.gitignore file.

(The root .gitignore file contains a better set of ignore rules.)
