Problem/Motivation

USWDS Accordion incorrectly numbers the buttons and content

Steps to reproduce

Add a USWDS accordion button to the page outside of the <main>; For example, when using the USWDS theme with the mega menu enabled, it uses the CSS class usa-accordion__button to provide dropdowns.

Proposed resolution

Adding context to the jQuery selector to isolate the two queues involved in the <main>

I have a patch here that should provide the context for the jQuery selector so that it only select accordions inside of the <main> This is my first time contributing and would love any feedback.
First commit to issue fork.
