I think we could say that XSS is CI:Some/II:Some.

The Security Risk Levels Defined documentation page doesn't make it clear how to select each item based upon common scenarios.
Update https://www.drupal.org/drupal-security-team/security-risk-levels-defined → to note common scenarios.
Identify what information to add.
Work out how best to include the new information on the page.
