Enable frontend editing per bundle

I have split the configuration setting into 3 sections:

1. Sidebar settings: '/admin/config/frontend-editing' - on the old url
2. Entity Types and Bundles: '/admin/config/frontend-editing/entity-bundle-restrictions'
3. UI Settings (ajax and field wrapper excludes): '/admin/config/frontend-editing/ui-settings'

Also there is an update hook to save the configuration in a new way.

And now the frontend editing follows the configuration for enabled fields, bundles and ajax settings.
