Need to add space between social media icons and copyright text.

i have add CSS for some space between copyright and social media icon on responsive screen.

Verified the MR12 on 9.5.10, the space between social media icons and copyright text is fixed. Added screenshots for reference, RTBC++
@sarwan, I did apply the #3 patch but didn't see any changes (added a screenshot for patch 3 as well).
