Support for paragraph behaviour settings

Same issue present in 1.4.x, here is the patch. This fixed the issue for export, but import in case of zip file only.
When importing using paste, the behavior settings are not imported correctly.

Updated patch to fix import.

The patch #3 works but is missing the emptiness check on import; going to make a MR with it.

Here we go.
I'm not merging my own code so assigning to review.

This is now available in the latest release 1.4.4
