1. Add access handler for FlexibleDescriptions entity:

a) Means that we should update the entity class with the "access" handler declaration
b) Means that we should have the access handler class

2. Update the FlexibleDescriptionsManagement form so only people with necessary permissions are able to create/update/delete/view:

a) Please see \Drupal\flexible_descriptions\FlexibleDescriptionsPermissions::buildPermissions for a reference. In short words: only people with "manage flexible descriptions in {$entity_type_id}|{$bundle_id}" could perform CRUD on flexible descriptions of appropriate entity_type_id and bundle_id.
