Fullscreen mode interferes with link button

I just tried it on simplytestme and it seems to be working OK.

I guess its an issue with our system.

@pmagunia - could this be related to https://www.drupal.org/project/ckeditor5_fullscreen/issues/3379770 🐛 Conflict with admin toolbar module Closed: works as designed ? Could the z-index of the link window be interfered with by the admin_toolbar index?

I haven't really had time to investigate thoroughly but it could be.

I will keep that in mind.

Created a fix for this.
