Responsive and off-canvas menu information page to state that 4.4.2 supports D10

Problem/Motivation

As the community is trying to move to Drupal 10, normally we scan our contrib modules either by browsing to https://www.drupal.org/project/responsive_menu → or using upgrade_status module, which in both cases we are getting a false positive that 4.4.x is not compatible with Drupal 10.

Steps to reproduce

1- Browse to https://www.drupal.org/project/responsive_menu →
2- Scroll down to "Releases"
3- It states: 4.4.2 Stable release ... Works with Drupal: ^8 || ^9 "only"

Proposed resolution

Update the module page to include D10 support.

    It seems that 4.4.2 isn't compatible but the latest dev version is because that patch has been applied.
    If one pulls in the dev version, it will work. That's probably what's happening in your case. I'm specifying ~4.4.2 and am getting dev-4.4.
    This module still needs a new release.

    Thanks @aangel, I think you are correct, 4.4.2 still isn't compatible but dev is.
