Must enable the CKEditor 4 (contrib) module to install

Problem/Motivation

As the title suggests, I'm not able to install this module due to it requiring the deprecated module of CKEditor 4 (contrib) module. The error I receive gives the following link for more information. https://www.drupal.org/node/3223395#s-ckeditor. While I understand that deprecated modules are "use at your own risk", when working for an organization that will not take that risk, it becomes a road block.

Steps to reproduce

Install Editor Advanced Image module with CKEdtior 4 (contrib) module disabled. This is disabled because CKEditor 5 is now the go to editor when you are on Drupal 10.

Proposed resolution

Remove the dependency of needing a deprecated module.

    I'm having the same issue. Here is the "requires" text on the admin/extend page. I'm using CKEditor 5 and will definitely not be enabling CKEditor 4. I suppose I could try removing that requirement in the module.

    I think it's a duplicate of an already addressed issue -> https://www.drupal.org/project/editor_advanced_image/issues/3337628 📌 Not possible to uninstall ckeditor 4 in Drupal 10 Fixed

    The #3337628 suggest a patch until I release a new version for the module.
