Not possible to uninstall ckeditor 4 in Drupal 10

Indeed for version 3.0.x the dependency over `drupal:ckeditor` could be removed from `editor_advanced_image.info.yml`

Here a version whitout both ck4 & ck5 to prevent any hard dependencies leading to unusable config export/import.
