Fix by removing a dependence for the deprecated core/underscore library

Problem/Motivation

The core/underscore library is deprecated and no longer available in Drupal 10

We have it listed as a dependency in both the libraries, but it doesn't look like we are using it anyways so we can remove? It's coming up as a "problem" in my site's Upgrade Status report.
