Problem/Motivation

Unit test fails for:
PHP Fatal error: Declaration of Drupal\Tests\jsonapi_include\Functional\LoadTest::setUp() must be compatible with Drupal\Tests\BrowserTestBase::setUp(): void in /app/web/modules/contrib/jsonapi_include/tests/src/Functional/LoadTest.php on line 32
