Warning: Undefined array key "url" in Drupal\Core\Asset\CssCollectionOptimizerLazy->optimizeGroup() (line 160 of core/lib/Drupal/Core/Asset/CssCollectionOptimizerLazy.php).

JS with preprocessing enabled:
SyntaxError: Unexpected token 'const'
