Missing Event Menus - Add Admin Toolbar and Breadcrumbs on Event Details Page

Problem/Motivation

After installation of the event platform, no menus are available for managing your event.

Steps to reproduce

1. Install clean Drupal 10 site
2. Enable Olivero Event Platform Module
3. Enter event details using the event details menu
4. No items available under the event details.

Proposed resolution

1. Quickfix - Make admin toolbar a dependency for event platform. Once admin toolbar is enabled the links show in the dropdown.
2. Additional Fix - Add menu links / breadcrumbs to the event details configuration page. This will allow someone to navigate to the areas they need to while on the event details page.
