In Advance Search there is no padding between title and border.

Pushed the code for the padding issue. Please let me know if it works.

I have reviewed and tested #MR ! 6 looks good now I can see adding padding-bottom between the title and border.

But I have one suggestion the border is not visible properly we can add the border color for good readability.

Verified the MR7 on 9.5.8, the padding is fixed between title and border. Added screenshots for reference, RTBC++
