Idea: enable/disable via config form

Hi webfaqtory!

I use your module and I have an idea. If we enable the module, we don't have "extend" menu item everywhere . I use "config_split" module and I want to have "extend" menu item on the local, but not prod.

If I make a patch with config form with checkbox "disable extend menu item", do you apply this?
