Editor for all affiliates not respected for node create operation

If a user is marked as "editor for all affiliates", he shall be able to not only update and delete, but also create content for all domains.

The user is denied access for creation of new content.

Create a user that 'editor for all affiliates' and try create a new node on particular domain.
I'll publish a test.
