Move submodule, rename library to match Drupal standards and general cleansing

Problem/Motivation

The module's submodule currently does the js library initialisation. This is very confusing and not best practice.

Also, the library in the libraries.yml is currently named /drupal.listjs which doesn't seem to match Drupal standards.

I think we should fix these issues in a BC 2.x semver release combined with 📌 Automated Drupal 10 compatibility fixes Closed: duplicate
