icons not displaying in ckeditor settings

Hi @zartab farooquee. I've tried to reproduce this issue but all the icons are visible for me. Can you please specify the scenario where it's happening or mention which icons is missing from the editor?

I am seeing this as well. I'm on Drupal 10.1.4, using 8.x-1.10. The anchor (flag) icon displays properly, but the two link/unlink icons do not show in the toolbar.

Upgrading to 2.6 using local libraries resolved the issue.
