Need to add bottom space in comment submitted box.

getting below error after checking out MR #2

The 'core_version_requirement' key must be present in themes/contrib/sales_zymphonies_theme/sales_zymphonies_theme.info.yml

@amietpatial i have tested this issue & i am not getting any "core_version_requirement" error.
Please provide your testing steps.
However, i have tested this issue at my end and it's working properly with MR6.

Here are the steps I took to reproduce the issue
1. Install Sales Zymphonies Theme using composer.
2. Create test article & add image with text.
3. Save & check submitted by box.
4. Check the bottom space.

I am sharing screenshots for references.
Please review.

@Jay Jangid I did it with git and not with the composer since this issue was created for 8.x-1.x-dev

Reviewed MR!6, the bottom space is added.
