Functionality is missing in comment box.

Problem/Motivation

In the comment box if we comment something and save after this we again add a comment then there is no field where we can add a comment, also I see the leave a reply heading but same thing happens here no field present to add a reply or write something.

Install the theme
Create any article
Add comment

I did some tests and I wasn't able to replicate this issue in any way (regular users and admin users), closing this for now:
