On hover showed a list of more categories. I think styling can be improved or we can show categories on click. Ready for review.

I have applied the above patch and I'm not seeing a popup on hover, maybe I'm doing something wrong. Also, I think it should be a click action on the pill not a hover.
Could you please change this to a click instead of a hover and provide some testing instructions for this patch.

As we're now close on the new categories plan, and in said plan we won't allow for more than 3 categories, this issue becomes moot.
