Add 'Reply-To' to config form.

I agree this would be a helpful option. Anyone to write a MR for that? Shouldn't be too hard. Any other useful mail options missing?

Are there tests for the other fields? Then I think this one should also have a test.

I've just added a description to the "Reply to" field.
Unfortunately, we don't have tests for this module yet, but we will probably think about it in the future.
