Test the "email_spamspan" formatter

We missed a missing use statement in 3.1.0 due to the fact that we don't test the field formatter for email field types at all.

The scope of this issue is to test the following aspects of the formatter:

Create a SpamSpanFormatterJsTest
Test the formatter configuration form
Since it reuses the existing service which we extensively test through the SpamSpanJsTestBase tests, we can just simply add a couple of complex HTML test to ensure the replacement happens, which asserts both the service and the fact that the JS library is present on the page and the markup is what we expect from the formatter to output.

@joevagyok could you do that perhaps or should we leave this to the community?

We're not using that formatter at all, so I don't think we'll invest time here in the near future.
