Allow inserting Media not just as an embed (<drupal-media>), but as a link

Problem/Motivation

Right now it's not possible to select a text, open media library dialog and convert the selection into an inline link.

Problems:

  • Embed media is always rendered as block, destroying the inline text selection.
  • The rendered media is a entity view display, and is not showing the selected text. The linked text should belong to the media instance (to the text where is embedded)

Steps to reproduce

Do a text selection, press Media button and File tab, select a file and press Insert Media.

Result: the selected text is replaced by a media view display which is a block.
