Boolean item label option descriptions mismatched

Problem/Motivation

Boolean item label settings offers

  • "On value" with description "Use this label instead of 0 for the On or True value", and
  • "Off value" with description "Use this label instead of 1 for the Off or False value".

I think this should read:

  • "Off value" with description "Use this label instead of 0 for the Off or False value".
  • "On value" with description "Use this label instead of 1 for the On or True value", and

1. Associate 0 with Off or False, 1 with On or True
2. Change order to alphabetical, e.g. Off first, or numerical, e.g. 0 first.
