It's been that long because Mark left Drupal. I stepped up to be able to get this theme ready for Drupal 10 so that people (including my team) wouldn't be held up from upgrading to Drupal 10 before moving on to a Bootstrap 5 theme. I don't have any Drupal 7 sites. Would you like to step in and support the Drupal 7 version of this theme? I'd be happy to add you.
