Set the new collection_permission in entity type definitions

Problem/Motivation

In ✨ Allow entities to specify a "collection permission" Fixed ( change record → ), Drupal core added a collection_permission property for entity type annotations to indicate which permission allows you to list entities of that type. We already have collection permissions per entity type, so it's only a small effort to set the new property so third party modules can reference it if needed.

Proposed resolution

Set the new collection_permission property in ECK entity type definitions.
