I see from the project's maintainers.json → that ivnish doesn't have all the permissions on the module.
saniyat, if it is true that you're "entirely out of Drupal and do not have enough time to continue development", in my opinion, it would be better to transfer ownership to ivnish.
All you need to do is to confirm here that you agree to an ownership change, and I'll make sure it happens.

Also, it is not a project owner's task, to effectively transfer ownership, since changing a node owner requires a drupal.org role that is not given to everybody.

Re-examining the project's maintainers.json → I now see that ivnish does have all the permissions on the module.
