Warnings in file_upload_size_limit_element_info_alter

Seems to have been introduced by the changes for ✨ Support all managed files classes Fixed :

Sorry - the previous patch included some irrelevant changes.

I reviewed the above patch #5 and it's resolved the issue. Additionally, I have attached before and after state screenshots for reference

The patch no longer applies since this commit for ✨ Support all managed files classes Fixed .

I think that the warnings no longer appear, either since that change.
