D7: Update Quant user agent to use quantcdn.io

Problem/Motivation

Noticed that some user agents are set to 'User-Agent' => 'Quant (+http://quant.io)' while others are correct: 'User-Agent' => 'Quant (+http://quantcdn.io)'.

Steps to reproduce

Look at the code :)

Proposed resolution

Update quant.io to quantcdn.io.
