How to add new actions?

Problem/Motivation

This module is nice but I guess a lot of unexperienced drupal site builders would want to know how to add new action links for example from a custom plugin or other contrib modules like Flag, Content Moderation, ECA.

Hi! There is no way to add custom actions now, but flag can (with a patch) add links to entity links
